Ready to Rumble (2000)
Director Brian Robbins is able to find the heart in a movie regardless of the setting. This movie about two lovable losers obsessed with wrestling gave me a chance to adapt Aaron Copland's "Fanfare for the Common Man" and create a score that's best described as Mortal Kombat meets Richard Wagner. Big sweaty music for big sweaty guys.
